Mark Teixeira tribute song
I know lots of Rangers fans are tired of reading about Mark Teixeira and how he's doing in Atlanta. Honestly, I have no hard feelings for him. He did what was right for him and I'm glad he's enjoying himself in Atlanta.
Anyhow, a friend of mine sent me this video of a tribute song to Mark Teixeira, obviously written and performed by a few Braves fans. It's very clever and the singing isn't too shabby either. ENJOY!!
P.S. I have no notes on last night's game. I was working so I didn't hear any of it. Kudos to Millie for going almost a full game though.
Ha Ha! These two need to audition for Nashville Star. Or maybe MLB needs to start it's own singing contest, something like... "Cooperstown Star".
Yes, I have absolutely no ill will toward Tex at all. Since we're not gonna make it to the postseason this year, all I can say is... GO BRAVES!
P.S. You know, with the way Saltalamacchia has been tearing it up lately, I guess this means we need to come up with a song entitled "Salty"?
